We at Protocol are working with an established college group in the Warwickshire area to recruit Instructors holding specialisms in the following: Tourism, Culture, Digital and Cyber Skills. This establishment are seeking experts in their field to join their flourishing team to deliver the new Train 4 Success initiative. This programme specialises in providing educational support and training for professionals who require either retraining or up-skilling in their present roles.

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are able to combine their creative skills and professional background and knowledge to lead on the development and implementation of new courses for this programme.

Role responsibilities

Developing bespoke programmes in relevant subject areas
Create a learning environment that will enable students to achieve their full potential in relation to facilities and resources available to them.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a professional and immaculate image and high standards
Deliver practical training/instruction to learners at all levels.
Carry out training and assessment for learners to include the following tasks:
Skills/technical competence development
- Support candidates to achieve their qualifications
- Provide feedback on progress
- Guide and coach the candidates
- Assessment of competence to national standards
To assist with record keeping, ordering of resources and general maintenance of course delivery premises and equipment


The person & qualifications

GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or Level 2 equivalent qualification.
Industry experience in a relevant area.
Experience in delivering to the target group.
Teacher Qualified or a willingness to achieve CET (1 year programme) within 3 years of commencement.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A full clean driving licence.
Excellent organisational and communicational skills oral and written.
Ability to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of Equality and Diversity.
