Kier and its partnership with South West Water are passionate about water. We help provide excellent quality drinking and waste water services to approx. 1.7 million customers throughout Cornwall, Devon and small parts of Dorset and Somerset.

We work as part of a framework to deliver civils schemes across these regions, whether it be fixing a small leak, or replacing a water main on planned works. We will be there, ensuring we complete the work in a safe and timely manner.

The busy team in Bournemouth are looking for a Depot Administrator to liaise with several stakeholders and assist the Delivery Manager in the day to day running of the depot.

You would be a hugely valued member of the team and would be responsible for the following:
  • Coordination of workforce with the issue of Work Orders.
  • Uploading of feedback of works carried out by the workforce onto an internal system
  • Liaising with multiple teams to assess problems and queries from the client

There would be an opportunity for you to gain working knowledge of the systems and processes used in a leading utility service provider and to be part of a close-knit unit who are all working to deliver a five-star service to the people of the South West.

What do we need from you?

We need someone with excellent organisation skills and a background in administration / liaison of multiple projects and stakeholders - someone who's enthusiastic about delivering solutions.

We also need someone with great collaboration skills as this will be key in the fast-paced depot environment in Bournemouth.
