Protocol are currently recruiting with a highly successful and well-connected client in the South West London area for a temporary IT Technician for the next four weeks on a full-time basis.

From the heart of London, this client has a lot to offer including a wide variety of courses suitable for all ages. With student success at the forefront of their ideals, the client has a high percentage of students achieving their chosen qualifications. With above average GCSE results, many students start out with the necessary skills to advance into University to pursue their visions.

This college are seeking an experienced IT Services Technician to join their warm and friendly providing accurate and effective technical support across the college.

Role responsibilities
Assist with supporting Hardware for Electrical items across college
Assist wit Office 365 administration
Liaise with colleagues and other member of college staff in a professional manner
Image Workstations
Setting up and troubleshooting relevant college equipment


The person & qualifications
Active Directory Administration experience
Office 365 Administration experience
Experience supporting Hardware for PC's Laptops, Printers U& Smartboards
Good Telephone manor
Experience setting up and troubleshooting printers
Good Customer Service Skills
