Job Title: Site Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Car or Car Allowance & Package
Sector: Offsite Construction - Timber Frame
Location: North West

  • Would you enjoy covering multiple sites across the M62 corridor as a specialist sub-contractor?
  • Do you have an experience within timber frame construction?


We are looking for a site supervisor to manage the supply and install projects across the M62 corridor. These projects are mainly within student accommodation, hotels & apartments, ranging in value from £300k - £3million. This role will require you to be hands on with these projects as well as managing sub-contractors, ensuring a smooth install process of the timber frame structures.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience of framing systems, particularly; SIPS, Timber Frame, CLT, Glulam
  • Good understanding of managing sub-contractors on site
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites across the North West
  • CSCS, SSSTS, First Aid - essential
