If you are an experienced construction estimator, quantity surveyor or commercial manager with knowledge of residential development projects, we want to speak to you about joining the modular housing revolution. This booming market has become the hot topic in modern construction with a wide range of established developers and new start ups racing to supply the ever-growing demand for UK housing.

You will provide an essential function in pricing and tendering for full turnkey developments, also taking responsibility for contractual administration of live projects using an in-house manufactured modular housing system. This manufacturer are well backed with a strong history in industrial applications, having now established a fully equipped and functional modular housing factory - they need to talk to you!

Ambitious candidates should not wait to call us. The managing director of this company is seeking to appoint a management team and develop this role into a Commercial Director.

Does this sound like you?

  • Construction estimating experience on new build projects - residential experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong commercial acumen with contractual experience on new build housing projects
  • Excellent Microsoft excel skills
  • Able to read form structural drawings
  • Comfortable with performing take offs raising BOMs, BOQs
  • Experience of dealing with construction supply chain
  • A can-do attitude and interest in offsite construction
