Protocol are delighted to invite a construction industry expert who is skilled in both carpentry and joinery and brickwork, to undertake a technicians role within the construction department of a college based in Bury. This role will involve the provision of support to college students within their practical work, maintaining the tools, and also ensuring the smooth running of the workshop on a daily basis.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate and highly experienced within construction and have the drive and motivation to help toward learner progression, employability and personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry background in brickwork and carpentry and joinery, experience of working within construction trades, and have strong organisational and communication skills. Experience within technicians roles is preferable but not essential as long as the candidate is experienced within the specified fields.

This role is full-time, consisting of full days Monday to Friday on a temporary-ongoing basis.
