Working on an 8 year framework with UKPN who own and maintain the electricity cables in South East England and London we are part of an alliance comprising Wood Group, Morrison Utility Services and Clancy Docwra.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager in implementing commercial reporting systems and procedures. Evaluate and manage all contractual risks and work with Project Managers/ Engineers to maximise commercial benefits of all responsible contracts. With particular focus on risk mitigation, pricing of variations (EWN/CE Processes), detailed cost management, and day-to-day management of contracts or a portfolio of contracts. The provision of commercial services and strategy alignment within an Alliancing Environment.

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. It is essential that you have a UK Driving License and you are educated to a degree level or equivalent experience in this type of position. Flexibility is also key for this role.
