Kier Strategic Projects works on a variety of high value, complex projects. As part of a forward-thinking unit, the HMP Wellingborough project will be delivered in a collaborative environment, adopting DfMA solutions & strong digital agenda.
As a BIM Manager on this flagship Level 2+ project, you will be responsible for BIM delivery in accordance with client requirements. You will also drive and support the use of digital information, ensuring compliance with industry standards and also implement the Project Digital Action Plan encompassing 4D,5D, Field BIM and more.
We will need you to have experience of implementing BS1192/PAS BIM suite, and have experience in implementing Open standards including IFC/COBie/BCF.
Knowledge of Solibri and Power BI is a must and Synchro/CostX/ViewPoint/Dalux/BIMColab experience is preferable.
