Sales Manager - Construction Hoists
Basic to £60,000 (DOE) + Car / Car Allowance
South East: Watford, Croydon, Guildford, Bromley, Dartford, Harlow, Brentwood, Reading
If you can answer yes to the following please read on:
* Have you sold construction hoists or construction lifts or tower cranes or cherry pickers?
* Are you used to winning deals for this plant by way of competitive tender?
* Have you and can you cover the South East with a high concentration of your time spent within the M25?
You will be working for a company who are backed by an international manufacturer of construction hoists. The role involves finding the opportunity to quote for medium rise and high-rise projects on a tender basis. Applications for the Construction Hoists and Construction Lifts include office blocks, hotels, student accommodation, mixed development and apartment blocks.
The range of solutions are hired in the main with single projects often needing multiple hoists and with hire periods typically from 16 to 80 weeks. Projects are won through competitive tender with the need to remain close to your clients during the hire period as requirements can change.
Undoubtably you will be able to demonstrate a track record in the hire and / or sale of Construction Hoists or Tower Cranes or Cheery Pickers for construction sites within the M25.
