Protocol are proud to be working with one of the leading construction providers to recruit for a full-time permanent Health and Safety Trainer based in the London/Essex area.

Role responsibilities
Delivering training against an annual programme of courses and events to agreed business plan targets
Providing an advisory service to industry on the department's products and services
Providing an in-company training needs analysis service for the design and development of bespoke training solutions
Developing and piloting new products and services in response to perceived local/national needs and/or opportunities

The person & qualifications
Applicants must possess knowledge and experience of the UK construction industry at Manager/Supervisor level. They should hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or higher level H&S qualification)
