Protocol are proud to be working with a college based in Telford who are seeking a work based learning Engineering Assessor. The role requires the identification of skills need, delivery of high quality teaching, learning and assessment and to be observed and appraised on an annual basis in accordance with the college and awarding bodies quality requirements.

This position is working Monday-Friday 9-5, supporting apprentices over the old frameworks and new standards.

Role responsibilities
Prepare schemes of work, workbooks and training packages for training and assessment, as required by the team manager
Enrol and induct candidates with the college, ensuring all information is correct
To provide training and assessment of engineering candidates

The person & qualifications
Engineering qualification
Hold an assessors qualification
Detailed knowledge of Apprenticeship programs for Engineering
