About the role Effectively operate the batching plant and site to the standards required by the company Accurately batch concrete in accordance with the relevant procedure Ensure that the plant is adequately stocked with approved materials at all times Operate & maintain the loader to the standards required by the company Ensure effectiveness of your team by actively participating in briefing, appraisals and reviews Visually check stocks on a minimum weekly basis and verify monthly Carry out routine maintenance and inspection and record any defects Ensuring the company cash sale procedure is followed at all times Train and coach staff in order that full compliance can be achieved What will you bring?
