We seek skilled Defence, Aerospace professionals with a background in Manufacturing, Industrial, Production, Quality and Tooling to join an established $80m business with a focus on component manufacturing and technology developments for a wide number of global Aerospace/Defence organisations.
The Industrial Engineer will report to the Production Engineering Manager and identify, facilitate, lead and report on the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects and to drive efficiency gains, deliver productivity and process efficiency gains, increase machine and equipment capacity and or eliminate waste and reduce operating costs and labour hours while maintaining safety, customer and quality compliance. This role will also lead, coach, train other employees in lean enterprise, best practice and continuous improvement principles to achieve the key measures and performance outcomes for this role. and will be responsible for works within the team to achieve key measures and performance outcomes.

* Poke Yoke
* CAD / CATIA
Degree in Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering required
At least 3 years composite training or industrial engineering in a highly regulated environment.
