We are currently recruiting for a Regional Director who, reporting into our Managing Director will be responsible for provide senior leadership and management to the ensure business plan and QR targets of Margin and Turnover are exceeded.
What we need from you?
To be successful in this role you will have previously led a Tier one business unit, delivering water projects. You will have strong management experience with the ability to motivate and develop people with the necessary expertise and skills to meet or exceed required performance standards, whilst ensuring there is an effective resource strategy in place to support business growth.
