Job Title: Designers / CAD Technicians

Location: Nationwide

Salary: €35000 - €50000 DOE + package

Elk Recruitment are currently seeking the following: Designers / AutoCAD Technicians / Architectural Technologists / CAD Technicians / M&E Technicians / Structural Technicians / Civil Technicians / BIM Technicians / Revit Technicians / Façade & Window and Door Designers, for a range of clients around the country.

  • Building Envelope
  • Architectural Practices
  • M&E
  • Structural Consultants
  • Consultancy Practices
  • Roofing and Cladding

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients and end users in a professional manner,
  • Preparation of Construction drawings, Details, Elevation Drawings & Fab drawings,
  • Material submittals,
  • Planning/Scheduling, meeting deadlines,
  • Commercial, High-rise, Residential builds
  • Designing in accordance with applicable specifications/standards,

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification preferable
  • Experience using any of the following software
    • Revit
    • AutoCAD 2D/3D
    • Rhino
    • Solid Works / Solid Edge
  • Min 3yrs Design experience
  • Technically Competent,
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Self-motivated & driven
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent English, spoken/written,
  • Career orientated
