Protocol are partnered with a large West Midlands based College to recruit a Digital Skills Trainer for two apprenticeships initially (Infrastructure Technician L3, Networking Level 4) . Situated in the heart of the West Midlands, this establishment is one of the largest further education providers in its county, offering a wide range of vocational and academic courses. This college strive to continually inspire learners and encourage them to achieve their full potential.

This college are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Skills Trainer to join their team to support the growth within their Digital Skills apprenticeships provision. If you're an experienced and enthusiastic professional with a wealth of transferable skills and an invested interest in high quality student learning experiences, we want to hear from you.

Role responsibilities
Complete full teaching and assessment for allocated learners
Deliver excellent teaching practice
Support students both pastorally and academically
Complete all planning and preparation ahead of lessons
Adhere to all college policies including Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity


The person & qualifications
Knowledge of Apprenticeship standards
Teaching experience within Network Engineering and Infrastructure Technician courses
Teaching qualification (desirable)
Hold a minimum level 4 qualification in subject area
