Position: Office Administrator (Construction)

Salary: €25k -€30k

Location: North Dublin

The role will involve:

  • Excel Reporting

  • Gathering cost information

  • Preparing cost reports

  • Site visits to obtain documents

  • Maintenance and processing of paperwork

  • Daily maintenance and management of Documents

  • Document control: Assisting with processing updates to project documentation

  • Providing general administration support to project team

  • Ad hoc duties

Education & Experience

  • Proficient in the use of excel

  • Document Control/Admin experience within the Construction Industry

  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential;

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a team

  • Full driving license and a car is desirable
