Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: South East
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package
Sector: Offsite Construction

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading modular building contractors in the UK. Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team to assist in managing their commercial and contractual security on Modular building contracts. You will be based in their offices in the South East with, site visits as required across the region.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Strong understanding of new build contracts as a main contractor
  • Good understanding of JCT & NEC forms of contracts
  • Excellent eye for detail & numeracy accuracy
  • Ability to manage contracts from inception to completion
