Location: Ballymena, Northern Ireland

The Job:

Due to continued success, our Client wishes to appoint an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager. This is a contract role and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating ERP implementations, modifications, and enhancements. You will work closely with technology stakeholders to deliver expected benefits and value to end users.

ERP Implementation Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the business integration activities between the IT and business team
  • Gather/analyse business requirements, support the design of solutions, impact analysis, and delivery
  • Provide application functional knowledge and expertise in improving processes for P&S functions
  • Evaluate ERP systems to meet the current future-state objectives of the organization
  • Deploy best practices to improve, simplify and standardize business processes

ERP Implementation Project Manager Requirements:

  • Significant experience in developing/evaluating enterprise ERP applications (Oracle EBS advantageous)
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Engineering, MIS or equivalent discipline
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with business and IT partners and functions 7
