* You will manage the Assets of the portable buildings, cabins, welfare units in line with their fleet standards and procedures,
* Generate relevant Metrics and KPIs that help drive improvement within and across the Regions & Departments but remain simple to update and interpret.
* Monitor and manage location of Fleet to ensure that the location and type of units are in line with Local and National utilisation.
* Define Fleet Standards and manage the conversion of units from non-standard to standard layouts including setting and managing the capex budget required.
* Manage National Fleet lifecycle (New Fleet Introduction through to Disposal)
* Control absorption of new fleet into the business and exiting of end of life fleet.
* Data analysis on movement of hires & communicate with and manage third party suppliers
What they are looking for:
* Proven experience in Asset Management.
* Advanced skills in Excel and data analysing.
* Experience in Project Management and Auditing a distinct advantage.
* Proven management experience
