Title: Field Performance Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for a Field performance manager/ Supervisor to work in our Metering and Developer services Team.

What will you be doing?

You will need to be proactive in your approach whilst you attend meetings with the client, developers, highways and traffic management provides ensuring we are programming work effectively to reduce lead time and increase productivity.

Communication will be key as you work with customers to investigate complaints and quality issues, customer service is a key priority to Kier and the client Anglian Water.

We are representing the client whilst we are out on site so you'll need to ensure workforce is correctly dressed, that vehicles and sites display the approved livery and that our people deliver an excellent customer experience

Ensuring costs and risks are controlled will also be a key part of the role, so attention to detail will be paramount.

There are some specific skills and experience we will need you to have to be successful in this role such as IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS - Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme. You will need to hold a NRSWA Supervisor ticket and have good knowledge of CDM legislation and compliance.

This role will require some travel, so a full driving licence is required.
