We at Protocol are working with Herts Resourcing Group to facilitate their recruitment for an Assessor in Electrical Installation at a large thriving college in Hertfordshire. As an Assessor in Electrical Installation you will support the successful attainment, via the application of effective training and assessment practices, of timely outcomes for learners.

You will have occupational industry experience in Electrical Installation, and will be qualified to assess in the workplace OR be willing to undertake an assessors qualification. You should also be able to or willing to learn how to support the delivery of underpinning knowledge for these qualifications and be able to run portfolio workshops to help Learners build portfolios.

Successful applicants will be able to participate in the planning and development of NVQ/Apprenticeship programmes at within this field, together with the ability to deliver training and assessment activities within the Curriculum Directorate.
