We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Technical Support to join our Engineering department on our Glensanda Quarry. About the role You will be key to the day to day running of the Engineering departments. Ensuring that PM compliance, planning, scheduling, critical ordering, data collection/processing are adhered to within time constraints. Elements to the role include: Work closely with Electrical and Mechanical departments Ensuring that all PM schedules are created, issued and closed off in a timely manner Processing departments time sheets and create monthly time sheets Run reports from CMMS systems Schedule required training in a timely manner Actively work with departments for planning tasks and process special orders for department Update RAMS Create Excel/google sheets for monitoring aspects and process statutory reports Regularly walk plant to drive intimate knowledge Create and manage all work orders Create, own and manage various charts and tracker aides Aid with planning for major outages Contribute and assist for root cause process Deliver induction process relevant to Engineering department Manage fuel deliveries for site Carry out any other reasonable task within the scope of your operation and abilities as and when required What will you bring?
