We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Administrator to come and join our Highways work winning team. We are looking for someone who can support the bid co-ordinator and the bid team with information searches and general administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Support bid co-ordinator with population of knowledge / evidence database.
  • Maintain records of all tender queries and client responses.
  • Ensure evidence stored is relevant and current for bids.
  • Support Bid Directors with administration duties and maintenance of records e.g. weekly staff locations, annual leave, hotel and accommodation requests, awards deadlines.
  • Liaise with highways internal marketing and communications team.
  • Co-ordinate the distribution of correspondence
  • Arrange, organise, and coordinate work winning team meetings.
  • Co-ordinate internal or external communication and liaise with IT regarding maintenance of management system
