Kier Strategic Projects is currently working on the delivery of a large scale (£250m+) project at Wellingborough. As part of a forward-thinking unit, this project will be delivered in a collaborative environment, adopting DfMA solutions & strong digital agenda.
This project is a key part of the Strategic Projects business portfolio that spans a variety of sectors including commercial, science, healthcare and custodial.
As a Site Manager with us, you will be responsible for managing and implementing health and safety procedures, understand budgets, valuations and costs and ensure the timely delivery of MI, project reporting and forecasting. We will need you to have previous Site Management experience, be commercially aware and have excellent organisational skills.
