Fitters Mate/ Labourer - Power Station

4 Month Contract

Monday - Saturday

£16ph first 40 hours

Overtime Rates Available upto £38ph

Gwynedd/ Caernarfon/ Bangor

My client is a specialist engineering firm providing engineering resources to the Power Industry, in particular renewable energy. Due to continued growth and increased successful tenders my client require 2 x fitters mates/ Labourers for a project in North Wales - This long-term contract will be at standard hours with increased hours during shutdowns and when required. The Role of Fitters Mate

    Assisting with power station plant and equipment maintenance

    Keep records and reports of maintenance activities

    Cleaning of site

    Ensure Stores are stocked

    Working to safety procedures and practices

    operating workshop machines

    Lifting and carrying of equipment

    Assisting fitters on the install

The Right Fitters Mate

Essential

    Can do attitude Experience of power stations CCNSG

    Hydraulic Plant Experience

Desirable

    BTEC National Certificate in an engineering

    MEWP Driving Certificate

    IPAF Certificate
