Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with FE Colleges based in the South Yorkshire Region to recruit exceptional candidates from the Engineering trade to move into Further Education to pass on their skills to apprentices.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Engineering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
We are looking for candidates who would be available full time on either a temporary or permanent basis.
Subjects
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with the following background
Electrical Installation
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Motor Vehicle - Mechanical and Body and Paint
The person & qualifications
Hold a minimum level 3 teaching qualification - if not held then have experience teaching or training up to a level 3 standard
Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in specialist subject area
Have experience within the construction industry.
