We are seeking to recruit an experienced CSCS Customer Care / Finishing Operative with an extensive joinery background to work on our clients new build development in Grimsby Town Centre, the duration of this contract is approx 8 weeks starting Monday 18th May.
We are seeking workers to undertake snagging work, routine maintenance and top quality finishing aspects of internal building works. We are seeking someone with excellent joinery skills and ideally a multi skiller who is presentable and a good communicator.
Role overview:
* Pre-decoration works (internally and externally).
* Final finishing - to ensure all properties are completed to a very high standard.
* Third fixing.
* Customer care.
* Visit completed properties and rectify any reported defects.
* Be punctual.
* Be polite and well presented at all times.
