We work as part of a Framework delivering reactive repair and maintenance services across the regions in the South West, whether it be responding to fix a water leak or replacing a main on planned works, we will be there ensuring we complete the works in a safe and timely way.

About the Role

We have opportunities for a Supervisor to work as part of the Reactive and Planned Work Delivery Teams within the Network Service Alliance, specifically on clean water related projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to technical and customer specification with a strong emphasis on meeting Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards and regulation.

This role will require you to work as part of a 5-day shift pattern (including a Saturday or Sunday on a rota-basis) as well as the need to undertake standby duties. Weekend working as part of the shift is compensated with a weekday off, providing flexibility and opportunity for improved work life balance for many

What we need from you?

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience within a similar position, ideally within the water sector, you will hold EUSR Water Hygiene Card, Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) with strong knowledge of NRSWA and HAUC Specifications.


Due to the nature of the role Full driving license with category E trailer towing is essential.
