We work in partnership with South West Water to deliver planned and reactive maintenance to the water network across the South West. This means we help to keep the water supply running to millions of customers!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12 month, fixed term basis.

About the role

This is a fast pace role that supports the commercial function and operational teams with may include managing enquiries, payroll, purchasing, monitoring and reporting of work, invoicing and payments. You will be supporting the Managing QS and Programme Manager with ad hoc or project-based administration with tasks such as preparing the monthly cost/value reconciliation, updating of the workstream register and arrange and manage monthly progress meetings with Project Engineers.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role you would have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages eg: Word and Excel and have previous administrative experience.
