Building Surveyor opportunity with a well established private practice based in Leicestershire. They have a busy team offering a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial and education sectors and offer a variety of different services to their clients.
Having just gained funding for a number of CIF projects for schools the successful candidate will be initially focused on the delivery of these projects within the East Midlands region. We are therefore looking for good project experience such as putting together tender documents, writing specifications and managing works on site. Contract administration experience in particular would be very interesting but beyond this we are really just looking for a strong core building surveying skill set.
