Cambridge Regional College are currently seeking a GCSE English Lecturer to start in September on an ongoing basis, Monday to Friday.

Role responsibilities

Provide high quality teaching and access to learning. It is expected that the postholder will contribute to course design, development of programmes and the expansion of the area generally.
Communicate effectively with other team members.
Participate in team meetings and course team reviews and evaluation.
Respond to curriculum development and new course initiatives originating from within the Academy/College.
Prepare Schemes of Work and Schemes of Assessment
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
To actively advance equality of opportunity and foster good relations within the College community
To adhere to College equal opportunities policies, procedures and practices.
The person & qualifications

Hold a teaching qualification
Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in subject area
Previous GCSE teaching experience (AQA desirable)
Possess college teaching experience
High levels of student engagement
Proficient in the use of Online teaching platforms
