Position: Account Manager

Location: Dublin

Salary: Neg DOE

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings with senior leadership and relay relevant information to production and design departments.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics.
  • You will be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver agreed targets per month.
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth.
  • Participate in industry events to help support positive market awareness.
  • Manage contracts and negotiations
  • Manage customer relationship
  • Completion of daily/weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects

Account Manager Requirements:

  • 3 years B2B sales experience in the cladding / construction sector.
  • Proven track record in closing sales
  • Strong experience dealing with long sales cycles
  • Experience of working to designated targets or KPI's.
  • Strong Administration and Time Management skills.
  • Ability to develop and submit weekly performance reports and other adhoc reports as required.
  • strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, responding to queries in a timely manner, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Confident Communicator with a professional face to face /telephone and written manner
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Team player with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
