We have an opportunity for a confident Internal Sales Administrator working as part of the team at our Hulland Ward Offices. This role delivers professional, customer focused sales and administration for our concrete products division and is a great opportunity to gain exposure into a career in sales. About the role You will achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the business relationships and market knowledge, within a designated territory. Other elements to the role include: Arranging samples and brochures to potential Home Delivery customers Working closely with our Logistics partner, Pallex and with our Retail Sales Team Respond and administer to customer enquiries and needs providing an outstanding level of customer service Be proactive in promoting the full product range (cross promotion) to all customers Fully utilise CRM Provide solutions for customers from internal and external sources Take an active part in creating and maintaining the forward order book (FOB) Investigate and update customer price queries Develop own performance through learning and development activities including coaching Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy What will you bring? Selling and negotiation skills are highly desirable Organised with ability to prioritise Experienced in using various IT systems and packages Information seeking/questioning techniques Self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative ?
