Project Manager required to work with a leading construction main contractor on a long-term freelance or permanent basis.
The organisation have a leading reputation across a diverse range of projects as a principal contractor.
Current projects secured include multi £m rainscreen cladding and installation of render systems on existing build projects around the UK. It is therefore essential you would be willing to relocate to be #1 PM within major UK cities including London and Manchester.
You will be part of the pre-construction planning of the above with the view to a start date early October.
Candidates should have experience as leading PM on construction projects of this nature with sounds understanding of render and cladding systems.
SMSTS, First Aid and a Trade/Engineering/Construction Management background also essential working with a contractor
