Now Dutton are currently working with a highly successful renovation/refit contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to be based on sites in Edinburgh and Mid Lothian.

This project is due to start in October.

Responsibilities:
*
*

  • Set up of new sites
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations including conducting site inductions.
  • Manage the daily running of sites.
  • Reporting to Contracts Manager / Directors.
  • Managing teams including sub-contractors and temporary workers.
  • Attending regular progress meetings and compiling reports/updates.
  • Procurement of materials.

Qualifications & Experience:
*
*

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • CSCS Black card
  • First Aid cert
  • Construction Management qualification
  • Previous continuous experience within similar positions at Site Manager level.
  • Scaffold Inspection certificate would be desirable
