Now Dutton require a successful principal renovation/fit out contractor in the Edinburgh is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee the construction of a development within Edinburgh.
This project will either require an experienced Project Manager with a track record in delivering new build projects of £6m+ for a national or regional builder. Ideally you'll have experience in the construction of mixed use developments or apartments.
The project will require an experienced Project Manager to ensure delivery of a renovation and refit programme
Your duties will include;
Overseeing the project from start to completion, reporting to the Construction Manager and Director.
- Lead weekly progress meetings and produce the required timeline of works / action points.
- Lead health & safety management on the project.
- Identify materials, workforce, tools etc needed for the project phases and arrange purchases and deliveries accordingly
- Deal with sub-contractors and suppliers to solve and unblock any issue related to delays, amendment of orders and other delivery issues
- Assist in the monitoring and advising of the workforce on all aspects of the build
- Work with the commercial team to monitor the project expenditure.
