In this role you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of clean water Developer Services schemes to ensure they meet contractual Levels of Services. This means you will be managing the design team to ensure robust systems and processes are in place to monitor and deliver all steps through the end to end process of a scheme, initial receipt, outline design, estimating, detailed design, construction and close out. In addition, you will be building close client relationships which will be key to ensure communications are in place accurately and timely records are maintained to meet D-Mex requirements.
What do we need from you?
We are looking for someone who is strong, dynamic and a proactive manager that will support the delivery team in delivering the outcomes required. A solution finder with experience of renovation, developer or diversionary type schemes, as well as a water specialist who has excellent planning and co-ordination skills with a strong focus on adherence to programme for planned works. Experience on water related projects in clean and waste would also stand you in great stead to be successful, as well as demonstrable record of managing a programme of works for multiple concurrent schemes.
