Our Head Office, located in Woolsington, Newcastle upon Tyne is looking to recruit a Group Customer Experience Administrator. The Role The role of Group Customer Experience Administrator provides a range of administration support to the Group Customer Experience Co-ordinator and Group Head of Customer Care. Prinicpal accountabilities of the Group Customer Experience Administrator role include: Handling of incoming customer communications, logging and filing of communications to create an audit trail Acknowledge and respond to customer correspondence as required, including liaising with divisions Management of communication log, ensuring all enquiries forwarded to divisions are responded to. Maintaining log to include updates on the outcome of customer enquiries Typing and posting of letters Organising meetings and diary management Travel arrangements and booking of accommodation Assist Group Customer Experience Co-ordinator with preparation of reports and analysing data Keep accurate records ensuring files are kept up to date Experience, Qualifications and Skills Experience Experience of working as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment Experience of producing detailed excel reports and analysing data Experience of working within the construction or house building sector is desirable but not essential Previous experience in a customer facing role or customer service environment preferred Qualifications and Training GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C+ (or equivalent) Skills and Aptitude Excellent organisational skills Effective listening skills Effective communication Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel Good administration skills Able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment Ability to work on own initiative Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook) and the ability to learn new IT systems.
