Job responsibilities
In this exciting role you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving the productivity and quality if field teams, as well as helping to reduce reports, rework and TMA fines. You will also be involved in managing direct reports ensuring compliance with home organisation policies, and also to asses and coach teams. You will also be responsible for supporting the induction process for new starters, supporting teams during their working day with delivery of materials as well as managing employee training.
You will also maximise the day to day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources.
What do we need from you?
· IOSH Managing Safety or CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme
· NRSWA Supervisor
· Knowledge of CDM legislation
· Full UK drivers licence
· Experience of Developer Services operations
