Position: Construction Manager
Location: Cheiti, Rome, Italy
Salary: Neg DOE
Contract: 12 Months

The Job:
Elk have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to work in Italy for an Irish Main Contractor on a 12-month contract which will commence in January 2021.


Construction Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years in a similar role with a proven track record
  • The Construction Manager will be the main coordinator on site for the running of the job
  • The Construction Manager will be expected to manage the site team, prepare progress reports, prepare and update project programme
  • Must be commercially minded and comfortable with Italian and Irish based contracting
  • Competent in Health & Safety and Quality of installation
  • Fluent Italian speaker
  • Career Minded, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Excellent reference and track record
  • Contributes to the set-up and execution plans of the project
  • Responsible for ensuring that cost and change control systems are in place and being adhered to by all of the construction management team.
