I am looking for a Site Manager to start work with one of the local authorities on a Decent Homes scheme looking after the fencing. Work is until March of next year.

My client is looking for an experienced site manager to head up part of their Decent Homes scheme. Work is to start next week and will be running until end of March next year. The successful candidate will be looking after all the subcontractors.

Candidates must have experience working with the public sector and hold the following:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • COSSH (desirable)
  • Scaffold Inspect (desirable)
  • Manual Handling (desirable)
  • Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
  • Cat and Genny (can be in house with current employer) (desirable)

£22 per hour. 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.
