Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled and experienced Clinical healthcare trainer to deliver work-based qualifications at level 3 to learners within their workplaces based in and around Leeds
We are seeking candidates who are experienced within clinical healthcare and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical healthcare, experience of assessing with strong knowledge of apprenticeships frameworks and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire, educate and support learners.
You will be working closely with your Line Manager, Quality Lead and Curriculum Lead, IQAs, and Compliance Team to enable learner's successful and timely achievement of qualifications through the effective management of an allocated caseload in line with company guidelines.
This role is a full time permanent position offering a competitive salary and flexible approach to working hours.
The person & qualifications
A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (clinical/ healthcare)
An assessors award
Experience assessing clinical healthcare up to level 3
A valid driving licence and vehicle for travel
