We are seeking a competent and motivated Teaching Enhancement coach to join this college on the post holder will be reporting to the Senior Leadership team on progress, action plans and next steps. Also encouraging and supporting staff and students to develop rich, discerning skills in the use and application of technology in teaching and learning
About the role
To support and improve underperforming teachers to strengthen their teaching practice through coaching, mentoring and individual or small group professional development
To report to the Senior Leadership team on progress, action plans and next steps
To encourage and support staff and students to develop rich, discerning skills in the use and application of technology in teaching and learning
Ideal candidate
Successful teaching performance and experience in an FE environment
Have a valid DBS on the update Service
