Job title: Estimator
Location: Northampton
Sector: Offsite Construction
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package

Can you read from structural drawings and perform take offs?

As the estimator, you will play a key part in the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for following up inbound enquires from self build clients, housing associations & developers and producing quotations for clients. Working alongside the business development manager, you can expect a collaborative working environment between all departments.

Skills, experience & qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including a good understanding of Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Skilled in reading from structural drawings
  • Able to perform accurate take offs and cost estimates
  • Collaborative approach to working
