Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working closely to support an experienced BIM Manager. As the BIM Coordinator, you would be responsible for liaising with external consultants to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution plan, client EIR and associated BIM supporting documentation, BIM model federation, data validation and quality audits using rule-based model checking software such as Solibri Office, and validation of supply chain and client asset information in COBie and bespoke formats.


What are we looking for?

You should ideally have experience in the AEC industry with major project experience, with M&E coordination experience beneficial, a degree and/or relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering and BIM, previous experience in Information Management and Data Validation, with strong knowledge of Solibri, REVIT, Inventor, Solidworks, Dynamo and COBie
