Key Responsibilities

Our Cardiff team require an Administrator to support the project teams based on site, providing general administrative support to the Operations and Management team. This varied role would include duties such as responding to general enquiries related to payroll and timesheets, purchasing, monitoring and reporting of work, invoicing, and payments; organising events, travel & accommodation and using 4P to help with document control.


What do we need from you?

Have you got experience in roles working with a variety of stakeholders & leadership, organising travel & accommodation, have had a wide range of general office responsibilities, and have a high IT proficiency? Have you got a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying importance? Then this could be the role for you!
