Job responsibilities?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our Liverpool team you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise cashflow and margin. You will also support the Project team with Commercial and Contractual expertise. Assess, review and mitigate Commercial and Contractual risks and implement Kier Groups policies for risk management. You will be comercially responsiable for P22 or similar, healthcare projects, from reciept of HLIP to agreement of GMP through to completion.

What?do?we need from you??

The ideal canidate will have experience working on healthcare projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience, along with experience in both JCT and NEC contract options.?We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, have proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.
