About the Role

Operationally lead the MEP for a £250m project (PHE). The incumbent will act as a senior member of the project team and take responsibility for the design, pricing, scheduling and procurement of the MEP systems. They will lead the PCSA phase and into delivery. Value will be created by: a) De-risking the project ensuring the correct delivery scope is priced and co-ordinated with the construction trades b) Ensuring the works are priced and programmed correctly and this is aligned with the overall projects RTM. Failing to recruit into this role could lead to loss of opportunity on the scheme.

What we need from you??

For the ideal candidate, we will be looking for a good track record of running similar projects with a value of up to £250m; for a minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering related discipline, and a project management qualification. If you are a respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, then we want you!
