We're a crucial part of Kier Specialist Services, providing hard and soft facilities management to hundreds of Government department sites and public buildings - offering you a role that will challenge and reward you, every single day.
Kier Specialist Services are recruiting now for a Facilities Manager to undertake responsibility for a prestigious FM contract we hold with BSF Lewisham - covering a cluster of schools within the Lewisham area.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting and varied role, you'll ensure the effective delivery of both hard and soft services in accordance with contractual obligations, whilst manufacturing literature and operational programmes.
As an integral member of our FM team you'll manage and maintain excellent levels of service for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance requirements at school sites - driving team performance, managing key stakeholders and ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety policy.
What do we need from you?
If you are a highly effective team manager, with sound PFI expertise and experience within the facilities management industry - this could be the role for you.
You'll need to be energetic, punctual, proactive and reliable with the ability to lead, guide, and motivate others towards achievement.
